Kimber impressive on 02 Arena debut

Harry Kimber performed impressively on his debut ride for the Twisted 7 Kawasaki team at the second round of the Monster Energy British Supercross series held recently at the O2 Arena, London.

Still adapting to his new Kawasaki KX65 ride Harry is already looking good, and with more testing and training things look great for the season ahead.

Harry qualified comfortably, taking a second place in his heat SX race. With his confidence growing he felt good going into the main event and it showed.

Getting a poor start he ripped through the field to get second by the time the chequered flag fell to show that he definitely has the chance to win the British Supercross crown.

He currently jointly leads his series class with Cobra rider Dylan Woodcock who took the win at the O2 – but was not the quickest rider.

"I rode good and I'm really starting to get used to the Kawasaki. I've got to work on my starts now and make sure they are better for the Liverpool round because I know I've got the speed to win but I need to get a better start than that." said Harry afterwards.

Harry and the rest of the team will now start stepping up their testing and training ready for the start of the motocross season with Harry also concentrating on getting ready for the final round of the British Supercross at Liverpool's Echo arena.
